I slept from 6pm last night til almost 2pm today. No waking up in the middle of the night or anything (which has been happening to me for months now. I can’t stay asleep all night without waking up at least twice). Best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. But I woke up and was still so very tired. But I went outside and read my book for a little bit and the sun kind of woke me up. Whatever.
My mom’s been moping around, saying that I hate her and stuff because of what she did and she said she feels really bad and I’ve been trying to tell her that I don’t hate her, I was just really surprised by it. She won’t stop apologizing, even though I really wish she would because really, I’m over it. And I actually forget about it until she just brings it up again. Just chill mom, don’t sweat it.
I got my math grade finally. So.. it was a D… not my proudest moment, but at least I don’t have to take that class again! THANK GOD. But now what am I gonna do about the next level math class haha, ugh.
Found out our now-annual summer party bash thing with the Reid Coleman band is happening on August 9th this year. This makes me really happy because I just checked the Hartford Fair schedule and Demolition Derby/MX days are happening the 6th and 7th this year, which means nothing conflicts and I can attend everything. So, if you wanna come to a decent party with lots of food, drinks, pool, and a band, leave August 9th open and hit me up. Should be fun times, as long as the cops don’t get called this year, 
Today has been pointless and non-productive, but I don’t mind because a lot of my summer is going to be really busy, so I’m taking full advantage of these chill days.

Last night was a little crazy. Not so much in an “out of control” aspect, more in a “wtf” one, but it was still pretty awesome. My parents had one of their weekly summer parties, quite a few people showed up, died down a little at night. Brittany and Brianne chilled with me all day, swimming. We went to their house so they could get some clothes and found out I won’t be able to go to Tennessee with them, which is kind of a bummer, but I understand the situation, so it’s okay. We can always go together another time. Anyway, later Joey and David (his awesome friend from England, I enjoyed having him hang out with us and learning a little about him through Brittany’s 20 questions session with him) came out (but not before a little run in *drive in?* with the Granville popo). My dad was polite by yelling “BRING THE BEER OVER HERE” when they arrived, and David was bombarded from the start. It was pretty much a drunken zombie parade by this time, so it was a little embarrassing having people hovering over my guests, etc but I guess you’ll have that. Later there was some craziness with my mom. I’ll write about this in a password protected entry because it’s worth writing about, but not necessary for a lot of people to read. Had a few laughs, took a swim, passed out to some movies. It was a good time.
I finally went to bed at about 5:30am, and my cousin Alyssa called and woke me up at 9am, wanting me to pick her up at the Mazda dealership at 11:15 to go hang out with grandma for a bit while her car is getting some work done. Joe and David left this morning, but the girls are still asleep. I’ll wake them in a little while. “Sorry but I’m kicking you out for now cause I gotta go”
After grandma’s, I don’t know what the plan is, but I’ll find something.

Yes we can! Joe got it all figured out for me and I’m growing to like this very quickly. With the “Page” maker, I should have some extra content up in no time, so check back frequently. I wanted the links, etc. to be green but it’s a little hard to see, just looks like black, so orange it is.
IRL: However, my busy busy summer begins on Saturday with a trip to grandma’s with Alyssa and then Joe’s grad party if I can make it. Sunday I’m heading to Tennessee with Brittany and Brianne and their mom, so I should be gone until about Thursday, but if we can get internet, I’m sure I’ll be updating with pictures and posts throughout the week. Then next Sunday I head to Myrtle the Turtle Beach with Nathan, again with more posts and pictures most likely. Should hopefully be a blasty blast. But for now, I’m gonna game.

As of right now, I can’t upload anything through my FTP client. I recently downloaded the latest version of it, which is usually always a bad idea for anything. Newer doesn’t always mean better. The program is completely confusing now and I’m very disappointed. But honestly I’m not sure if it’s my FTP client or maybe Joe’s server just hates me recently. Anyway, I’ve found a few Wordpress themes that are decent. Nothing spectacular that really blew my mind or anything, I’m trying to get used to this. But so far, I can’t upload a theme, so it’ll just have to be a SITE for sore eyes. *TURBO PUNS!*
IRL: I kind of stayed up all night playing a game that I can’t mention the name of or it will get me in trouble with some people heheh, and so it’s 9am and I guess I’ll go to bed. Nathan’s desperate to come over today at like 1pm to swim? Yeah good luck with that one chief. The Power button works wonders when you don’t want to be reached at a time of desperate sleep. Sleep and I go way back. We’re pals. We just hang out during the daytime, is that so bad? …I wish it wasn’t so bright in here… Good..morning? </sleepless rambling>

The manual blog of my site was making me extremely lazy, so I had Joe get me the hookups with Wordpress. I like the automated blog feature (and the Archives, etc), but I’m not so hot on the fact that I can’t just embed the blog into a layout that I’ve made, and customize my site completely. Maybe if I look around hard enough, I’ll find some crazy internet blog ninja who has a way of doing this. I was trying to keep my site from looking like a blog, because a lot of the time I don’t have much to blog about, so I wanted the site for more of the extra features like a photo gallery and various other subject matter.
I have two exams left tonight and then I have the rest of the summer to mess around with this. But I’m definitely excited about the “update anytime, anywhere” aspect, so thanks Joe. I’ll hopefully get a decent theme up tonight. It wasn’t uploading earlier, not sure if it’s my new FTP client or the server or what.
